Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
1. The awards are open to restaurants, cafes, and other food and hospitality establishments that meet the specified criteria.
2. Entrants must be authorized representatives of the establishment.
3. Employees of the award organizers, sponsors, and judges are not eligible to participate.
Entry Requirements
1. Entrants must submit their applications through the official website or designated platform.
2. Entries must be received by the specified deadline.
3. Entrants must provide accurate and complete information, including contact details, menu offerings, and other required documentation.
Judging Criteria
1. The first part of the process will be via online voting on the website, only 1 vote per email address per category allowed. The second part will consist of A panel of judges that will evaluate entries based on predetermined criteria, such as food quality, service, ambiance, and value.
2. Judges’ decisions are final and binding.
Intellectual Property
1. Entrants retain ownership of their intellectual property, including recipes, images, and other materials.
2. By entering the awards, entrants grant the organizers permission to use their entry materials for promotional purposes.
Prizes and Recognition
1. Winners will receive prizes and recognition on the awards night on 27th August subject to purchasing tickets/tables, for those that do not come to the awards ceremony your award will be posted to your address.
2. Winners may be required to participate in promotional activities.
Liability and Indemnity
1. The organizers are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from participation in the awards.
2. Entrants indemnify the organizers against any claims or damages arising from their participation.
Termination and Cancellation
1. The organizers reserve the right to terminate or cancel the awards at any time without notice.
2. In the event of termination or cancellation, entrants will not be entitled to any compensation or reimbursement.
