The 2027 Awards gala will be held at The New Bingley Hall on 24 May

The ceremony and gala dinner for the Master Chef Promotions Business Hospitality & Excellence Awards 2027 will take place on Monday 24 May 2027 at The New Bingley Hall, 1 Hockley Circus, Birmingham B18 5PP.

More than 800 guests from across UK hospitality are expected for an evening that brings together restaurant owners, chefs, hoteliers, caterers, sponsors and supporters.

The evening

• 4pm: doors and registration open, with networking and exhibition stalls
• 5pm: welcome drinks, as networking and the stalls continue
• 6pm: the awards ceremony and gala dinner begin

Tickets and tables

Standard tickets are £150, or £1,500 for a table of 10. VIP tickets are £200, or £2,000 for a VIP table of 10. Book your tickets or contact the team about a table.
